SILOCRM Subprocessor Disclosure Last Updated: August 20, 2026

SiloCRM uses the third-party service providers below ("subprocessors") to deliver the Service. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. This page is referenced by Section 20.1 of our Privacy Policy.

We update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor that processes customer data.

AI and machine learning providers

These providers process content you or your contacts submit, in order to power AI features you have enabled. All are accessed under commercial API terms that prohibit the provider from using submitted data to train or improve their models. We do not enable any setting or program that would permit training on data submitted through our integrations.

SiloCRM accesses each of these through its paid API, not a consumer product, and does not participate in any data-sharing or model-improvement program offered by these providers. No Google user data is sent to ElevenLabs.

Google user data and AI. Data received from Google APIs is governed by Section 19.1 of the Privacy Policy and the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. Gmail message content and Google Drive file contents are never sent to any AI provider. Where an AI feature needs your availability, only derived busy and free time intervals are sent. Google Calendar event content (titles, descriptions, locations) is sent to OpenAI for search indexing only where you have given explicit, per-calendar consent, which is off by default and revocable at any time from Settings; revoking it deletes the index built for that calendar.
